SCS SB 357 -- PSYCHOLOGISTS AND PROFESSIONAL COUNSELORS

This bill corrects a section enacted in 2 separate bills in 1998
affecting the licensing of psychologists.  It repeals Sections
337.029, RSMo, as it appears in SB 732 et al (1998), and retains
Section 337.029, as it appears in HB 1601 et al (1998).  The
retained version contains specific requirements for
psychologists licensed in other states applying for licensure in
Missouri.  The repealed version only requires that the
psychologist must have satisfied requirements in another state
that are equal to or greater than Missouri's requirements.
